How to buy a product?

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

Click on the product that you are interested in.

  1. Choose a size of the product.
  2. You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
  3. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
  4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.

You can also add the product you are interested in to the “Wish list” and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered user for the product to be permanently saved on the list).

To view the wish list, log in to vovanova.com by entering your username and password, then click on “Your Account” button on the menu on the top. In the next step, select “WISH LIST” and then “Saved” from the tabs of the left.

How canI I cancel or remove my order?

  1. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
  2. Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  3. Select Cancel  when finished.

How can I return a product?

To return your product, you should contact us at [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How to be eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

Applicable for refunds?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Are you applicable for exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  refund@vovanova.com.

How long will it take to get my package?

For shipping addresses outside of Europe we offer VovaNova Standard Shipping. Average transit time is 4-12 business days.

Customers with European shipping addresses are offered ‘ VovaNova Standard Shipping’ which has an average transit time of 3-10 business days.

We offer tracking on all shipments sent with VovaNova Standard Shipping. Tracking information is made available automatically 48 hours after shipment in a separate email.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Vova Nova. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies.
